Dr. Sophia's Vanilla Protein Cake Bars

Ingredients:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour (300 calories)
1/2 cup Dr. Sophia's Vanilla Ultra Cardio (200 calories)
1/3 cup Truvia Baking Blend (130 calories)
2 teaspoons baking powder (4 calories)
A pinch salt, optional and to taste
4 tablespoons liquid egg-whites (32 calories)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk + 1/2 tablespoon distilled white vinegar (15 calories)
1/3 cup fat-free ricotta (60 calories)
2 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It's Not Butter, “Lite” (80 calories – or butter of choice, or coconut oil)
1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract (18 calories)

Glaze Ingredients:
2 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It's Not Butter, “Lite” (80 calories)
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (200 calories)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (10 calories)
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half (40 calories)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix together all dry ingredients for cake, followed by wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
3. Lightly grease a baking dish, about 8 X 8.
3. Pour cake batter into pan and bake for approximately 29 – 31 minutes, or until batter has baked through.
4. Mix together glaze ingredients while cake is baking.
5. One finished baking, remove cake from oven and top with glaze.
6. Allow to cool before diving into 9 pieces.
